Ones to Watch 2013 #1: Haim

Haim are basically the coolest band around. Three sisters who come from LA and make music somewhere between Fleetwood Mac and Destiny’s Child. They’ve also got some killer tunes, and a killer live set. Basically, I love Haim.

Earlier this year the band released their debut EP ‘Forever’ followed by single ‘Don’t Save Me’. They’ve also played all the right festivals, SXSW and Great Escape where the buzz really began. They have just completed their first ever headline UK tour (including a spot at Kings College Student Union in London, which was a pretty great show), and are about to head out on the road with Florence and the Machine on their arena tour. Phew. It’s been a busy year for Haim. But in 2013, things are about to get a lot busier. Look out world…
