Alt-J or ∆(the sign that comes up if you actually press Alt + J on your keyboard) is quite a mystery. They/he is from Leeds and make sounds quite unlike anything I’ve ever heard. A Devendra Banheart-esque voice over a mix of hip-hop, electronica, trip-hop, folk, alt. indie, lush harmonies and ultimately wonderful sounds.. He has a mass amount of tour dates planned over the next few weeks, none include London unfortunately, but if your around the North of the country you might be able to catch him.
