Dry the River were my New Treat over a year ago now. Since then they have come leaps and bounds, playing sold out headline shows all over the country and fast catching the attention of the media. They have recently designed a t-shirt and done a Wilderness session for Yellow Bird Project. If you’ve not heard of Yellow Bird Project, they make t-shirts for charity with some of my favourite bands. In the past bands such as Bon Iver, The National, Beach House and Devendra Banheart have made t-shirts for them along with many others. They are a not for profit organisation and so the money made goes to a charity of a bands choice. I’m sure you’ll agree its a really nice idea!
The newest addition to Yellow Bird t-shirts is one designed by Dry the River. As part of this they also did a really great session which you can watch below. Its in a hand built set and looks very lovely indeed. You can watch two of the videos below and the rest by going to the Yellow Bird Project website.
This is the T-shirt, as styled by Peter Liddle from Dry the River. You can purchase it here. All the money goes to Asylum UK, an organization which gives legal advice and representation to people seeking asylum in the UK and campaigns for a fairer and more efficient Asylum system in the UK.
